Tracy D. Rezvani will serve as a panelist on the National Association of Consumer Advocate’s program on Food Law & Hot Topics on April 12, 2016. The program will focus on the regulatory environment, deceptive marketing of food, and the recent trends and hot topics in food law.
On December 10, 2015, the D.C. Bar will be presenting a CLE course entitled Class Action Litigation Update. RV partners and co-panelists will review the basic structure of Rule 23, the ins and outs of getting a class certified (or not), and the impact on class actions from key cases under review by the U.S. Supreme Court.
